We have a lovely new maker this month who I’ve known for a while and who is at last exhibiting with us. Monika Weidmann of ‘The Raggle Taggle Tree’. She is bringing with her lots of lovely things including her felted puppets, I am totally in love with her puppets! 🙂
Amanda Nichol of ‘Crochet Onion’ is joining us this coming Saturday with her interesting and amazing pieces of crochet. Check out this ‘Golden Beetle’ below. That’s got to be enough to get you to come and see her’s and all the other handmade arts and crafts that will be on show! 🙂

This is a beautiful piece by one of our regular stall holders, Antoinette Bix of ‘Moonbrush Wood Studios’. She Joins us again this coming Saturday 28th October with more of her wonderful needle felted creations.
I just couldn’t resist sharing this little fella that popped up on Moonbrush Wood Studio’s Facebook page. I’m always excited to see new work from our makers so here he is, the mousey chef hand felted by Antoinette Bix 🙂 Do come to our Makers Market on 22nd April and see more!
For our first post of 2017 we are pleased to share that during the two years that Fakenham Makers Market has been running, Fakenham Barnardo’s Helpers group who have had their free stall at the market selling traditional hand knits, has taken over £900 so far for their cause. To add to this, the Santa’s Grotto at our two festive markets raised another £50 which we presented to them last week.We look forward to supporting the group during 2017
